Performance specs at a glance

Interchangeable sole system explained
The Kicks Go ships with four interchangeable components that attach via hook-and-loop fasteners beneath the sliding foot. Your kit includes three sliding soles — numbered #6 (minimal slide), #8 (medium slide), and #10 (maximum slide) — plus one braking heel.

Upper construction and breathability
Mesh panels and airflow
We positioned engineered mesh across the forefoot and midfoot zones where heat builds up fastest. Synthetic leather overlays reinforce the toe cap and heel counter without blocking ventilation. During back-to-back league nights, this combination keeps interior temperatures noticeably cooler than all-synthetic designs.

Common questions about the Kicks Go
The Kicks Go runs true to standard US men’s athletic sizing. If you wear a size 9.5 in running shoes, order a 9.5 here. The mesh upper offers slight give, so bowlers who normally wear wide sizes often find the standard D width accommodates them comfortably. We recommend wearing the same socks you plan to bowl in when trying them on for the first time.
Yes, all current 3G interchangeable soles work across our Tour, Sport, and Kicks lines. The attachment system is universal, so any slide sole or heel you purchase separately will fit the Kicks Go. This compatibility lets you expand your sole collection over time without worrying about model-specific parts.
The kit includes three numbered soles that offer different friction levels. #6 provides minimal slide for oily or slick approaches, #8 delivers medium slide for typical house conditions, and #10 gives maximum slide for dry or tacky lanes. Most bowlers start with #8 and adjust based on how the lanes are playing that day.
The included insole offers moderate arch support that works for most foot types. Because the insole is removable, bowlers with high arches or flat feet can easily swap in custom orthotics or aftermarket insoles. Pulling the factory insole also creates extra vertical room inside the shoe if you need more toe clearance.
Sole longevity depends on approach surface and bowling frequency, but most bowlers get 60 to 100 games per sole before noticing reduced performance. The braking heel tends to last longer since it sees less friction. We recommend rotating between your three slide soles to extend their collective lifespan and keeping a backup set on hand if you bowl tournaments regularly.
Yes, the Kicks Go performs well on both surface types. The push-off foot’s rubber outsole grips synthetic and wood equally without leaving marks. For the sliding foot, you may need to switch soles when moving between approach types — wood often requires a higher-numbered sole than synthetic due to natural grain texture.
We do not recommend machine washing. The agitation and submersion can weaken the adhesives holding the upper together and damage the mesh. Instead, wipe the exterior with a damp cloth after each session and spot-clean any oil stains with mild soap. The interchangeable soles can be rinsed separately under warm water and air-dried.
