Fit & Sizing
Do 3G bowling shoes run true to size?
Most 3G shoes fit true to your standard athletic-shoe size. If you’re between sizes or bowl in thick socks, we recommend sizing up a half. Wide-width options are available on select men’s models.
What’s the difference between right-hand and unisex shoes?
Right-hand-specific shoes (like the Tour Ultra RH and Racer RH) have a slide sole on the left foot and a traction sole on the right foot — built for right-handed bowlers. Unisex Kicks feature the same slide sole on both feet, so they work for either hand.
Do you make left-handed bowling shoes?
Yes. Select 3G performance models are offered in left-hand configuration with the slide sole on the right foot. Check the specific product listing to confirm handedness before ordering.
Are there women’s-specific bowling shoes in the 3G line?
Absolutely. The Women’s Kicks, Kicks II Women’s, and Women’s Tour Ultra are all built on a women’s-specific last for a proper fit — not just a men’s shoe in smaller sizes.

How does the 3G interchangeable sole system work?
Our Tour, Racer, and Belmo lines use swappable slide pads and heels that attach via a durable hook-and-loop system. Swap in a faster or slower pad in seconds to match lane conditions.
Can I buy replacement soles and heels for my 3G shoes?
Yes — 3G replacement slide pads, heels, and toe caps are available separately. Rotating parts extends the life of your shoes significantly. See our Accessories collection.
How do I keep the slide sole in top condition?
Never wear your bowling shoes outside the bowling center — even a few steps on the sidewalk will contaminate the slide sole. Use a shoe brush or slide sole cleaner between games, and store shoes in a breathable bag.
Which 3G collection is right for me?
League and casual bowlers do great in Kicks. Serious competitors and tournament players should look at Racer or Tour. Two-handed bowlers gravitate toward the Belmo MVR-1. When in doubt, the Tour Ultra is our do-everything flagship.
